These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the pkom platform, including all games, betting services, promotions, and account features. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. By accessing pkom, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.
18+ Age Requirement
Registration and participation on pkom is strictly limited to adults aged 18 years and above. Age verification is enforced at registration and again prior to the first withdrawal.
One Account Per Player
Each player may hold only one active account on pkom. Duplicate accounts are a violation of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of any associated balance.

Acceptance of Terms

Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of the pkom platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:
- You are at least 18 years of age. pkom does not permit access to persons under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
- You are accessing the platform as an individual in your personal capacity, and not on behalf of a third party or corporate entity.
- You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
- You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or affiliate of pkom, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
- You have not previously been excluded from the pkom platform or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.
- You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
pkom enforces a strict 18+ age policy. Age verification documents will be requested before your first withdrawal is processed. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 18 will be permanently suspended and all associated balances forfeited. Age Verification Process
pkom conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all registered accounts. Before processing a withdrawal, pkom may request one or more of the following documents: a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate confirming the player's date of birth. Players may also be required to provide proof of address and proof of payment method ownership.
Failure to provide satisfactory identity documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete. pkom reserves the right to permanently close accounts where satisfactory KYC documentation cannot be obtained.
Account Registration
To access the full range of services available on pkom, including placing wagers, making deposits, and claiming promotions, you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete, and you undertake to keep that information updated at all times.
One Account Policy
Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on pkom at any given time. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pkom employs technical and administrative measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pkom reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances, bonuses, or winnings held within them.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. pkom will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify pkom immediately via the contact email address listed in the footer of this page.
- Use a strong, unique password for your pkom account and do not reuse it on other services.
- Do not access your pkom account from shared or public devices without logging out completely after each session.
- Do not permit any third party to use your pkom account or place wagers on your behalf.
- Notify pkom support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Accurate Information
The name registered on your pkom account must match the name on your identity documents and the name registered to your payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay). Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts held in the same name as the registered pkom account. Discrepancies in name or identity information may result in delays or refusal of withdrawal requests pending verification.
Deposits & Withdrawals
pkom supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively via the following Bangladeshi mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits
Deposits are credited to your pkom account balance promptly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed by the pkom payments team during standard operating hours. Players must have completed KYC verification before their first withdrawal request will be processed. Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method and account holder name used for the most recent deposit. pkom reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account dashboard. pkom aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. pkom does not charge a withdrawal fee, but your mobile wallet provider may deduct standard transaction charges.
Refunds and Chargebacks
All deposits are final once credited to your pkom account balance. Refunds of deposited funds are not available except in cases where a deposit was credited in error or where pkom determines that a refund is warranted at its sole discretion. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your mobile wallet provider without first contacting pkom support constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension of your account.
- Withdrawals are processed only to verified accounts in the same name as the registered pkom account.
- pkom does not accept third-party deposits or process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
- Balances denominated in ৳ (Bangladeshi Taka) cannot be transferred to another player's account.
- Dormant accounts (no login activity for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity fee as described in the account closure section of these Terms.
Bonuses & Promotions
pkom may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback promotions, seasonal offers, or other promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these Terms and to any additional terms and conditions published alongside the specific promotion at the time it is offered.
Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds awarded under any promotion are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount, e.g., 20x or 30x) will be stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms at the time of the offer. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are held in a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn.
Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Bonus funds that have not been wagered within the validity period will expire and be removed from the player's account without notice. Expired bonus funds are not recoverable.
Bonus Abuse
pkom employs automated and manual monitoring to detect and prevent bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim a promotion more than once; using a bonus in a manner inconsistent with its terms; employing low-risk or hedging betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements while minimising genuine wagering risk; and coordinating with other players to exploit a promotion.
Where pkom determines, at its sole discretion, that bonus abuse has occurred, it reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, cancel any winnings derived from it, and suspend or permanently close the associated account.
Promotional Changes
pkom reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or extend any promotion at any time and without prior notice. The availability of a promotion to a particular player is at pkom's sole discretion. pkom is not obligated to offer any promotion to any player, and a player's eligibility for a promotion may be affected by their account status, KYC verification status, or prior use of promotional offers.
Game Rules & Fair Play
The games available on the pkom platform are supplied by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, paytable, and return-to-player (RTP) rate as determined by the supplying studio. pkom does not modify game mechanics, RTP values, or outcome probabilities.
Random Number Generators

Malfunction Policy
In the event of a game malfunction, software error, communication failure, or any other technical fault that results in an incorrect display of odds, results, or payouts, pkom reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager amount to the player's balance. Malfunction voids all pays and play. pkom will not honour winnings or payouts that result from a malfunction or error, regardless of the displayed amount.
Attempting to exploit a known game malfunction, software error, or technical vulnerability to generate winnings is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Accounts found to have exploited such errors will be suspended and all associated winnings forfeited.
Sports Betting Rules
All sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international matches), football, kabaddi, and other available sports — are governed by the specific betting rules displayed alongside each market at the time the bet is placed. In the event of ambiguity, pkom's interpretation of the applicable betting rules shall be final. Bets placed on markets that are subsequently voided (e.g., due to a match abandonment or postponement) will be refunded to the player's balance as a credit.
Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the pkom platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension of your account, forfeiture of your balance, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law:
- Registering more than one account on pkom, whether in your own name or under a different identity.
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
- Using another person's identity, payment account, or personal details to create or operate a pkom account.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform, place wagers, or manipulate game outcomes.
- Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity that pkom suspects is intended to obscure the origin or ownership of funds.
- Colluding with other players in any poker, live casino, or multiplayer game to gain an unfair advantage.
- Exploiting game malfunctions, software errors, or pricing errors to generate winnings.
- Attempting to circumvent pkom's responsible gaming tools, including self-exclusion periods.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct towards pkom staff or other players.
- Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to disguise your geographic location or identity.
pkom maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards fraud and money laundering. All suspicious activity is logged, reported to the relevant authorities as required, and subject to immediate account suspension. If you suspect fraudulent activity on your account, contact pkom support immediately.
Responsible Gaming
pkom is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players. Intellectual Property
All content on the pkom platform — including but not limited to the pkom brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of pkom or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the pkom platform may be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, transmitted, or otherwise used for any commercial purpose without the express prior written consent of pkom.
Game content, including game artwork, audio, mechanics, and branding, is the intellectual property of the respective studio providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others). pkom holds valid licensing agreements with all studio partners for the display and operation of their content on the platform.

Limitation of Liability

Platform Availability
pkom endeavours to maintain continuous availability of the platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical issues, or events outside pkom's reasonable control (including but not limited to power outages, internet service disruptions, or force majeure events). pkom shall not be liable for any loss suffered by a player as a result of platform unavailability.
Third-Party Services
pkom integrates with third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and game studio partners. pkom does not control and is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of these third-party services. Any delays, errors, or failures originating from a third-party provider are outside pkom's direct control, and pkom shall not be held liable for losses arising from such issues.
Nothing in this limitation of liability section shall exclude or restrict pkom's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by pkom's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Player Responsibility

Account Suspension & Closure
pkom reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if pkom has reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used in breach of these Terms, or if pkom is required to do so in order to comply with applicable law or regulatory obligations.
Grounds for Suspension
- Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the prohibited conduct policy.
- Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
- Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
- A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder under the responsible gaming policy.
- A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account restriction.
Voluntary Account Closure
You may request the closure of your pkom account at any time by contacting pkom support via the email address listed in the footer of this page. Upon receiving a closure request, pkom will process any pending withdrawals of verified funds to the payment method on file, subject to the completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited.
Dormant Account Policy
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. pkom will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder at the registered email address before applying any dormancy-related fee. A monthly dormancy administration fee may be applied to dormant accounts with a positive balance, up to a maximum of the account balance itself. The applicable fee rate will be communicated to the player at the time of the dormancy notification.
Amendments to Terms
pkom reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at https://pkom.app/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page and in the last-updated bar below the hero section reflects the date on which the most recent revision was published.
Where pkom determines that a change to these Terms is material — for example, a change that significantly affects player rights, payment conditions, or bonus eligibility — pkom will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account before the change takes effect. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or additions of new game categories) may be made without prior notice.
Your continued use of the pkom platform after the publication of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 11.
Severability
